We were funded by a USDA direct loan instead of a USDA guaranteed loan. This made the process more involved and the process isn't as widely known. We had extra restrictions on what type of home we were allowed to purchase, which caused for viewing many properties that didn't fit our guidelines. After a couple of declines, we finally decided to view a house that Jennifer had suggested to us. We now live in that house. Not only was it the perfect house for us, the location was great, and even the neighbors fit our personalities more than we could have hoped for. While 5 stars on all categories may seem excessive, as I sit here writing I struggle to find a way in which Jennifer did not exceed our expectations of what working with a Realtor would be like. She was present at virtually all meetings with the builder and seller, she took notes for us so that we didn't forget items that were discussed.
